Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Manage waitlists and seating arrangements
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Provide accurate wait time estimates for guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with any guest inquiries or concerns

Skills:
- Excellent hospitality and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant POS systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work well in a team

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old
